Rating models (form)

Click Human resources > Setup > Competencies > Skills > Rating models.
Use this form to create graduated scales that employees and managers can use to rate items, such as employee skills. Rating models make sure that that the same scale is used by all people who rate an item.

Enter a name for the rating model. |

Level |
Enter an identification for the rating level. |

Enter a description of the rating level. |
Factor |
Enter the factor for the rating level. When you compare items with a different number of rating levels, the factor is used to normalize scores. The factor must be a number between 0 and 9. |
