Click General ledger > Setup > Sales tax > Sales tax settlement periods. Click Interval sales tax settlements.

Click General ledger > Reports > External > Sales tax payments.

Use this form to view sales tax payments for a defined period. You can create settlement periods in the Sales tax settlement periods form. You settle sales taxes when you update the Sales tax payment form.

Export the value-added tax (VAT) payments to an XML file format. You can send this XML file to the tax authorities.
