Click Accounts receivable > Periodic > Sales book > VAT restoring journal. Click Totals.

Use this form to view the total amounts from a value-added tax (VAT) restoring journal.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

From date

The starting date of the period that the VAT total amounts are calculated for.

To date

The ending date of the period that the VAT total amounts are calculated for.

Export to

The calculated VAT amount from exports.

Nontaxable

The VAT amount that is not taxable.

FA (written-off)

The VAT amount that is written off for fixed assets.

Standard VAT 
(In the Direct costs field group)

The standard VAT amount for direct costs.

Reduced VAT 
(In the Direct costs field group)

The reduced VAT amount for direct costs.

Standard VAT 
(In the Included fixed assets field group)

The standard VAT amount that is inclusive of VAT for fixed assets at a rate of 18 percent.

Reduced VAT 
(In the Included fixed assets field group)

The reduced VAT amount that is inclusive of VAT for fixed assets at a rate of 10 percent.

Standard VAT 
(In the Indirect costs field group)

The standard VAT amount for indirect costs.

Reduced VAT

The reduced VAT amount for indirect costs.
