Integration of Exchange Unified Messaging and Office Communications Server 2007 R2 requires Exchange Server 2007 with Service Pack 1 (SP1). Before you begin troubleshooting, verify that Exchange Server is installed and that Exchange Unified Messaging is configured to work with Office Communications Server.
