Deploying NPS-01 (optional)

Before deploying this network component, you must do the following:

• Perform the steps in the section Configuring All Servers.

• Perform the steps in the section Joining Computers to the Domain and Logging On

To deploy NPS-01, which is the computer running the Network Policy Server (NPS) role service of the Network Policy and Access Services server role, you must complete this step:

• Install Network Policy Server (NPS)

• Register the NPS Server in the Default Domain
