Implementing a Forefront UAG DirectAccess deployment

The topics in this section describe how to implement a Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) DirectAccess deployment.

Before you begin, ensure that your server complies with the prerequisites described in Forefront UAG DirectAccess prerequisites. Then install and configure Forefront UAG DirectAccess as described in the following topics:

• Installing Forefront UAG DirectAccess─Describes how to install Forefront UAG DirectAccess.

• Configuring clients for Forefront UAG DirectAccess—Describes how to configure clients with Forefront UAG DirectAccess client configuration settings.

• Disabling and enabling Forefront UAG DirectAccess—Describes how to disable Forefront UAG DirectAccess to prevent DirectAccess clients from accessing the organization using the Forefront UAG DirectAccess server.

• Configuring the Forefront UAG DirectAccess server—Describes how to configure the connectivity and security policies for the Forefront UAG DirectAccess server.
