You can delete senders if site operation no longer requires them. Before you delete a sender, ensure that you do not need to use that type of connection again. If you need to use that type of connection again and you have deleted the sender, you will have to reinstall it.

noteNota
You must have Modify permission for the site security object class or instance to perform this procedure.

To delete a sender

  1. In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System CenterConfiguration Manager / Site Database / Site Management / <site code> - <site name> / Site Settings / Senders.

  2. In the results pane, right-click the sender you want to delete, and then click Delete.
