Prerequisites for Running Windows Server Solutions BPA
Network administrator on Windows server: To successfully access all of the configuration properties, a user must be the network administrator on the server.
Enable remoting: Windows Server Solutions BPA enables remoting on the server if the user chooses to enable this feature during installation. If remoting is not enabled on the remote server computer that is being scanned, the scan terminates and an error message is displayed.
Note
This feature is not applicable to Windows Multipoint Server 2011.
