Balance list report (LedgerTotalAndBalanceList) [AX 2012]

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Use this report to analyze account balances for a specific date interval. You can also specify a range of main accounts.

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see 筛选报表上的数据.



From date

Enter the starting date of the transactions to include on the report.

To date

Enter the ending date of the transactions to include on the report.


Select the accounts to include on the report.

  • None – Include accounts regardless of transactions or the balance in the date interval.

  • Opening balance – Include accounts that have transactions that have an opening balance in the fiscal year for the date interval.

  • Transactions – Include accounts that have transactions in the date interval.

  • Closing balance – Include accounts that have balances on the date in the To date field. This includes all lines that have transactions in the period between the From date value and the To date value, or that have an opening balance.

Click General ledger > Reports > Transactions > Balance list.

The data on this report comes from the following sources:

  • LedgerTotalAndBalanceListTmp table

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
