Invoice specification report (CustInvoiceSpec)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Use this report to view customer invoices and the line details for the invoices. Each line also includes other information, such as the margin and contribution ratio.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see 筛选报表上的数据.

Field

Description

Billing classification

Select one or more billing classifications to include.

Include transactions without a billing classification

If this check box is selected, all transactions that do not have a billing classification assigned to them will be displayed on the report.

This control is available only if the Public Sector configuration key is selected.

Financial dimensions

Select this check box to include financial dimensions for the invoice header.

New page per invoice

Select this check box to insert a page break after each invoice.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
