Click Human resources > Setup > Competencies > Education > Degrees.

Use this form to maintain a list of the educational degrees that your workers, applicants, or contact persons might have earned. For example, a degree might be one of the following:

  • Bachelor of Science

  • Masters of Business Administration

You can use educational degrees as search criteria in skill mapping searches, skill gap analysis, and skill profiles. For more information, see 关于技能.
