Use this form to send an Intrastat declaration on a disk to the National Bank of Belgium. Belgian companies must submit an Intrastat declaration to the tax authorities every month. The Intrastat declaration is a statement that summarizes all transactions with other European Union (EU) members. In the Intrastat field group, click Select to open the Select query, which you can use to define specific parameters for creating the Intrastat declaration.

(Input transactions) 文件名

Select the name of the file for Intrastat import transactions.

(Output transactions) 文件名

Select the name of the file for Intrastat export transactions.

仅限更正

Select this check box to report corrections to previously reported Intrastat transactions. To make corrections to an Intrastat transaction, select the 冲销 check box on the 常规 tab in the 内部统计 form.

文件格式

Select the format of the file in which you report the Intrastat transactions:

  • SDF – Select to create an Intrastat declaration as an SDF file.

  • ASCII 文件(ITX) – Select to create an Intrastat declaration as an ASCII file of variable length (ITX) that was written by using your own software.

  • SDV – Select to create an Intrastat declaration as an SDV file.

扩大申报范围

Select this check box to include the mode of transport and the mode of delivery for goods that have left or entered Belgium in the Intrastat declaration.

日期

The date for which the Intrastat transaction is generated.
