如果已经为 Outlook Mobile Access 配置了 Microsoft® Exchange Server 2003，并且用户具有可以使用移动网络访问 Exchange 2003 服务器的移动设备，那么，用户必须了解如何访问其 Exchange 服务器以及如何使用 Outlook Mobile Access。下面的步骤说明了如何在 Pocket PC Phone Edition 设备上使用 Outlook Mobile Access。

步骤

使用 Outlook Mobile Access 访问 Exchange 数据

  1. 在移动设备的“今日”屏幕上，点击“开始”，再点击 Internet Explorer。

  2. 在 Internet Explorer 屏幕中，点击“查看”，再点击“地址栏”，以便在浏览器窗口中打开地址栏。

  3. 点击地址栏中的任意位置，输入以下 URL，然后点击“转到”按钮：https://ExchangeServerName/oma，其中，ExchangeServerName 是运行 Outlook Mobile Access 的 Exchange 服务器的名称。

    如果未出现连接气泡，则可能必须手动连接到网络。

  4. 在“网络登录”屏幕上，输入用户名、密码和域，然后点击“确定”。

  5. 对每个用户的 Pocket PC Phone Edition 设备重复这些步骤。作为可选方案，可以指导用户如何配置他们自己的设备以配合 Exchange ActiveSync 的使用。
