如果以前在 Exchange 2000 服务器上安装了 Microsoft Mobile Information Server Exchange 事件接收器组件，必须先删除这些组件，然后才能安装或升级到 Exchange Server 2003。如果要保留 Mobile Information Server 功能，则不要升级运行 Mobile Information Server 的 Exchange 2000 服务器，而应将组织中的其他服务器升级到 Exchange 2003。此步骤概述了如何从服务器中删除 Mobile Information Server 组件。

从服务器中删除 Mobile Information Server 组件

  1. 验证您是否具有卸载 Mobile Information Server 的适当权限。若要卸载 Mobile Information Server，您必须是 Microsoft Mobility Admins 组的成员，并且必须是要从其卸载 Mobile Information Server 的计算机上的本地 Administrators 组的成员。

  2. 在已安装 Mobile Information Server 的服务器上，单击“开始”，单击“设置”，再单击“控制面板”。

  3. 双击“添加/删除程序”。

  4. 在“更改或删除程序”屏幕上，选择“Mobile Information Server”。

  5. 单击“删除”。

  6. 单击“是”以确认要删除 Mobile Information Server。

  7. 在有关启用无线访问的用户的警告上，单击“是”。
