Category profit and loss (2 periods) report (ProjProfitLossCateg2Prd)

Use this report to analyze the profit or loss on projects by category for two specified date ranges.
How to filter the data on this report
When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see 筛选报表上的数据.

Description |

Include project types |
Select the project types that you want to include on the report. |
Include transaction types |
Select the transaction types that you want to include on the report. You must select at least one transaction type. |
(Ledger date - period 1) From date / To date |
Specify a starting date and an ending date to include project transactions that are posted to the ledger in period 1. |
(Ledger date - period 2) From date / To date |
Specify a starting date and an ending date to include project transactions that are posted to the ledger in period 2. |
Actual vs. budget |
Select Actual to display actual values on the report. Select Budget to display budgeted values on the report. |
Forecast model |
Select the forecast model that you want the report to use. 备注 If you are using project budget control, select the budget forecast model that is used by this project. |
Skip zero |
Select whether to exclude all rows in the report where the amounts are equal to zero. |
Skip blank ID |
Select whether to exclude transactions that are not associated with a project ID. |
Show amount |
Select how you want decimals to appear on the report. Select from the following options:

Show hour |
Select whether to display the quantity of hours, the cost value for hours posted to a category, or both on the report. |
Category |
Click Select. In the Category profit and loss (2 periods) form, select a category to include on the report. To add more than one category, click Add. |
