This Information event indicates that the Exchange 2000 Server System Attendant is initializing '%1'. In this message text, '%1' represents the name of the module that is being initialized. The following Microsoft Exchange System Attendant subcomponents are loaded by the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant:
DSProxy.DLL - Proxies Active Directory requests from Microsoft Outlook clients
DSAccess.DLL - Proxies Active Directory requests from other Exchange components
Recipient Update Service (Abv_dg.DLL) - Applies recipient polices to mail-enabled user objects
Mailbox Manager component - Controls the size of an information store; forces policies such as mailbox quota policies and message retention policies
Server Monitor component - Monitors the Exchange Server link state
Offline Address Book Generator (OABgen.DLL) - Allows offline access to the address book (the OABgen.DLL file is stored in an Exchange Server public folder subfolder named Offline Address Book)
Free/Busy component - Used to access free/busy data from a potential meeting attendee's calendar
Metabase Update Service (Ds2mb.DLL) - Updates the IIS metabase (the IIS metabase is located in the System Root\System32\inetsrv folder)
