Explanation
This Warning event indicates that a Receive connector has reached the maximum permitted number of simultaneous incoming connections. This value is specified by the MaxInboundConnection parameter on the Receive connector. The default value is 5000.
User Action
To resolve this error, increase the value of the MaxInboundConnection parameter on the Receive connector by using the Set-ReceiveConnector cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell. The valid input range for this parameter is 1 to 2147483647. To disable the inbound connection limit on a Receive connector, enter a value of unlimited.
