(USA) Set up work environment accommodation types [AX 2012]

You can set up an accommodation type to indicate that a worker requires that accommodation.
For example, if you have a worker with a visual disability that requires a guide dog, you can set up an accommodation type called "guide dog." The following list includes some additional types of workplace accommodations:

Periodic breaks

Ergonomic chair
-
Modified work schedule

Adjustable work station

Interpreter

Parking space closer to entrance

Click Human resources > Setup > Workers > Accommodation types.

In the Accommodation type field, enter a unique identifier for the accommodation type.

In the Description field, enter a description of the accommodation type.

In the Note field, enter additional information about the accommodation.

Close the form.
