(DNK) Create and post a project invoice for a public sector customer [AX 2012]

You can generate electronic invoices for customers for whom you have specified the European Article Numbering (EAN) number in the EAN field and selected the 电子发票 check box in the 客户 form. Verify that a contact person is assigned for the customer in the 客户 form.

You must assign a funding source for a project contract. You must also set up eInvoice parameters for the funding source before you can generate a project invoice as an .xml file. Use the 融资来源详细信息 form to set up a funding source for a project contract.

  1. 单击 项目管理与核算 >常用 >项目 >项目合同

  2. Double-click a project contract or click 项目合同 to create a project contract. For more information, see 创建项目合同.

  3. In the 项目合同 form, click the 融资来源 FastTab, and then click 添加 to create a funding source for the project contract. For more information, see 将融资来源分配到项目合同.

  4. In the 客户 field, select the customer account for which the EAN number is specified and the 电子发票 check box is selected.

  5. Click 明细, and then in the 融资来源详细信息 form, click the 其他 FastTab.

  6. In the 客户申请 and 客户资信证明 fields, enter a customer requisition number and a customer reference number.

  7. Select the 特定于行的 check box to specify dimension accounts for each project invoice line, and then in the 维度帐户 field, enter a dimension account number.


    Clear the 特定于行的 check box to specify a dimension account for the project invoice.

  8. Close the forms.

Use the 发票方案 and 将发票过帐 forms to create and post a project invoice and to generate the invoice as an .xml file. The .xml file is then converted to the Offentlig Information Online Universal Business Language (OIOUBL) format. You must select the project contract that the funding source is assigned to. Verify that the eInvoice parameters are set up for the funding source.

  2. Double-click a project or click 项目 to create a project. For more information, see 创建项目.

  3. In the 项目 form, click the 管理 tab, and then click 发票方案.

  4. In the 发票方案 form, click 新建 > 发票方案.

  5. In the 创建发票方案 form, in the 开票方法 field, select 发票 to include the transactions that have been posted from journals and are ready to be invoiced.

  6. Select the required transaction types to include those transactions in the invoices.

  7. In the 开始日期 and 结束日期 fields, select the starting and ending dates to include project transactions posted to the project, and then in the 发票日期 field, select the ledger posting date.

  8. Click OK. The project invoices are created in the 发票方案 form.

  9. In the 发票方案 form, click 过帐.

  10. In the 将发票过帐 form, select the 过帐 and 打印发票 check boxes.

  11. In the 将发票过帐 form, click OK to post the project invoice and generate the .xml file. The .xml file is converted to the OIOUBL format.

  12. Close the forms.

When the batch job is processed, invoices for customers who have an EAN number assigned are generated as .xml files, and then converted to the OIOUBL format. The resulting OIOUBL files are created in the shared folder that is specified for the EInvoiceFileTransform_OIOUBL batch job task for the project batch job.
