(BEL) Convert Intrastat to PRODCOM

Use the 内部统计到 PRODCOM 的转换 form to assign PRODCOM codes to Intrastat commodity codes. These codes can change every year. You can set up the information in a text file. To import the information, click 导入转换数据 and 导入 PRODCOM 数据.

1. 单击 组织管理 >设置 >外贸 >PRODCOM >内部统计到 PRODCOM 的转换。

2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line, and then select an item commodity code.

3. Enter the PRODCOM 代码 to assign to the commodity code.

4. Enter the starting and ending dates for which the association is valid.

5. Enter the unit of measure in which the items are reported. You can enter a variable, if required.

6. Close the form to save your changes.
