(BEL) Create an INTERVAT declaration file

Use the INTERVAT 纳税申报 form to enter tax header declaration information, general information, and date and signature information for the INTERVAT declaration file.
In accordance with VAT 2010 regulations, you can create the INTERVAT declaration as an .xml file. You can also include corrections in the INTERVAT declaration of the previous year. Additionally, if you did not have transactions for a turnover report or an annual listing during the previous financial year, you can specify this as an empty annual listing. Make sure that you secure the appropriate folders by using user or group permissions.
单击 总帐 >定期 >销售税支付 >比利时 >其他销售税报表框。
Click 创建新集合 to display the first settlement period that you created in the 销售税结算期间 form.
If your company does not have any transactions to be reported for the settlement period, click the 常规 tab, and then select the Nil 年度排行榜 check box.
Close the form to save your changes.

Click 新申报 to open the INTERVAT: 比利时销售税申报 form.
Select a settlement period, and then enter the starting date for the transactions and a transaction date.
Browse to the location where you want to save the report file.
Select a settlement account. If you are updating the report file, select the 更新 check box.
Click OK to print the report to the file.
In the INTERVAT 纳税申报 form, click the 框架 I: 一般信息 tab, and then select the Nil 年度排行榜 check box if this is not the default option.
Click OK to print the report to the file.
Close the form to save your changes.
You can print a simplified report for a settlement period, and then verify the information in the INTERVAT declaration file. 单击 总帐 >定期 >销售税支付 >销售税支付。
After you create the INTERVAT declaration file, you can upload the file by using the INTERVAT website.
