(USA) Grant or deny an accommodation request

You can grant or deny accommodation requests that are entered by workers and applicants. Use the following procedure to grant or deny accommodation requests.

  1. 单击 人力资源 >常用 >工作人员 >工作人员。 Select a worker. On the Action pane, click the 工作人员 tab, and then click 个人信息 > 便利设施.

    单击 人力资源 >常用 >招聘 >申请人。 Select an applicant. On the Action pane, click the 申请人 tab, and then click 便利设施.

  2. Select an accommodation request.

  3. To grant an accommodation request, in the 状态 field, select 合理.

    To deny an accommodation request, in the 状态 field, select 不合理.

  4. Optional: In the 回复 field, enter information about why you granted or denied the request.
