Microsoft Dynamics AX includes a Microsoft Dynamics ERP 的 Sites Services solution called 人力资源招聘. After a Sites Services web site has been set up, human resources staff can use this web site to display ads for job openings online and receive applications from candidates.

Set up the recruitment web site

Typically, the system administrator or the HR manager sets up the recruitment web site.

The system administrator must sign up for a Sites Services account before you can set up the recruitment web site.

  1. Navigation Path Not Found

  2. In the list of solutions on the left, select the 人力资源招聘 solution, and then click 启用.

  3. Click 同步 to synchronize Microsoft Dynamics AX with Sites Services.

  4. Click 可用页面.

  5. On the 可用页面 form, click 联机管理页面 to open the Sites Services web site.

  6. In the navigation pane, click Human resources, and then under Pages, click Recruitment.

  7. In the Pages group, click New page, select the Job list page template, and then click Next step.

  8. Enter a page name and a page URL, and then click Create page.

  9. Add text and customize the page the way you want, click Save and close, and then click Close.

  10. In the Pages group, click New page, select the Job ad page template, and then click Next step.

  11. Enter a page name and a page URL, and then click Create page.

  12. Add text and customize the page the way you want, click Save and close, and then click Close.

  13. When you are finished, click Sign out.

  14. Optional: Click 同步 on the 可用的解决方案 form to synchronize the new web site with Microsoft Dynamics AX. Alternatively, you can wait for the next scheduled synchronization job to run. After synchronization, you can view the new pages in Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Publish a job listing online

  1. 单击 人力资源 >常用 >招聘 >招聘项目

  2. In the 招聘项目 list, in the 新建 group, click 招聘项目.

  3. In the 招聘项目 form, enter information about the job ad.

  4. In the 修改 group, click 招聘项目状态, and then click 开始.

  5. In the 相关信息 group, click 工作广告, and then enter a job description.

  6. Under Web 发布, select the 将工作广告发布到 Sites Services check box.

  7. Close the form.

  9. Optional: In the list of solutions on the left, select the 人力资源招聘 solution, and then click 同步 to synchronize the new job ad with Sites Services. Alternatively, you can wait for the next scheduled synchronization job to run.

Download and review the applications

  2. Optional: In the list of solutions on the left, select the 人力资源招聘 solution, and then click 同步 to download any new applications from Sites Services. Alternatively, you can wait for the next scheduled synchronization job to run.

  3. 单击 人力资源 >定期 >招聘 >申请表

  4. In the list of applicants on the left, select the applicant whom you want to review.

  5. Click 附件 to view the applicant's resume.
