(DEU) DTAUS report (VendOutAttendingNoteDE_DTAUS) [AX 2012]

The DTAUS (DE) report prints the payment advice for electronic vendor payments. This report is typically used by credit managers and collections managers.

Before you print this report, you must set up a payment method with DTAUS (DE) as the export format in the Methods of payment - vendors form.


(DEU) This report is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Germany.

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see 筛选报表上的数据.



Bank account

The bank account number that is selected in the Generate payments form.


Select the currency code used in the vendor payment transaction.

Processing date

Enter the processing date of the report.

Covering letter from quantity of invoices

Enter the minimum quantity of invoices required to print a cover letter. You can enter a value between 1 and 14.

Disk number

Enter the disk number.

Transmute umlauts

Select this check box to translate umlauts from German to English. For example, Ä is displayed as Ae.

File name

Enter the file name and path of the file to which the payment details are exported.

Control report

Select this check box to print the control report.

Attending note

Select this check box to print the attending note.

Navigation to the report

Click Accounts payable > Journals > Payments > Payment journal. Select a journal name, and then click Lines. Click Functions > Generate payments. In the Export format field, select DTAUS (DE). In the Bank account field, select a bank account, and then click Dialog.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
