The Customer payment journal report displays the payment details and settlement details for a payment journal that is selected in the Payment journal form. This report is used to check the status of customer payments and to review the invoice and cash processes. This report is typically used by accountants, accounting managers, accounting supervisors, accounts clerks, collections managers, compliance managers, and financial controllers.

(CAN, USA) This report is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Canada or the United States.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see 筛选报表上的数据.

Field

Description

Journal batch number

The batch number of the ledger journal that the customer payments were posted to.

Account type

The account type of the journal line that the transactions are applied to. The default value for this field is Customer. This field can also display the account type as Ledger, Vendor, Project, Fixed assets, or Bank.

Canceled

Indicates whether the vouchers that are transferred from the payment journal are canceled.

Click Accounts receivable > Journals > Payments > Payment journal. Click Lines. In the Journal voucher form, click Print > Customer payment journal.
