Click General ledger > Setup > Withholding tax > India > Recoverable certificates.
Use this form to enter the certificate details for the Tax Collected at Source (TCS) or Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) certificates that are received for a specific vendor, customer, or ledger.

Select the tax type from the following options:

Certificate number |
Enter the TCS or TDS certificate number. |
Date |
Enter the date of the certificate. |
Account type |
Select the account type for the selected account from the following options:

Account |
Select the account number of the customer, vendor, or ledger that the certificate is received for. |
Name |
View or enter the name of the customer, vendor, or ledger that the certificate is received for. |
Certificate amount |
Enter the TDS or TCS amount that the certificate is issued for. |
Closed |
Select this check box to close the TCS or TDS certificate number after updating it for TCS or TDS transactions in the Update certificate form. 备注 If the Closed check box is selected, you cannot use the TCS and TDS certificate numbers to update the TCS or TDS transactions in the Update certificate form. |
