Click General ledger > Periodic > India > Abatement certificate.

Use this form to update the abatement certificate number for the service tax transactions that are posted with abatement in the Purchase order form or the Journal voucher form.

GTA vendor

Select the GTA vendor that the service tax transactions should be displayed for.

Source

Select the source of the transaction that the service tax transactions should be displayed from the following options:

  • All – The service tax transactions that are posted with abatement using the purchase order and journals for a selected GTA vendor.

  • Purchase order – The service tax transactions that are posted with abatement using the purchase orders for a selected GTA vendor.

  • Journals – The service tax transactions that are posted with abatement using the journals for a selected GTA vendor.

Date

Enter the date until which the service tax transactions that the abatement certificate is not updated for must be displayed.

Certificate number

Enter the abatement certificate number for the service tax transactions that the abatement certificate is not updated for.

You can enter a maximum of 20 characters.

Mark

Select the service tax transactions that the abatement certificate must be updated for.

Voucher

The voucher number of the transaction.

Vendor account

The GTA vendor account that the transactions are related to.

Transaction amount

The transaction amount.

Tax amount

The calculated service tax amount for the service tax transactions.
