(IND) Create TDS ledger accounts

You can define receivable accounts to post the TDS receivable amount for TDS tax codes. These accounts must use Withholding tax as the posting type.
Click General ledger > Setup > Chart of accounts > Chart of accounts. On the Main accounts FastTab, double-click a main account, or click New.
On the Overview tab, press CTRL+N to create a new main account and enter the required details.
Click the Setup tab.
Select Withholding tax in the Posting type field.
Press CTRL+S or close the form.
