(IND) Summary importable items (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Click General ledger > Common > EXIM Authorization schemes. Select an authorization that has a status of Approved, and then, on the Action Pane, in the Summary group, click Summary Importable items.
Use this form to view a summary of items that are eligible to be imported duty-free for the incentive scheme. The inquiry displays information that was entered in the Importable Items form.

Description |

License status |
The status of the license. This field indicates whether the information that is displayed in the form is from the authorization as it was originally issued or after it was extended. To change the default value, clear the All check box. You can change this field only if the status of the authorization is Approved. |
All |
Select this check box to indicate that importable items that were attached to both the original authorization and the extended authorization appear together. By default, this check box is selected. If you clear the check box, you can change the value that is selected in the License status field. You can change this field only if the status of the authorization is Approved. |
Item number |
The item number of each item that is available in the forms for the authorization record. The item number that is displayed in this form must be unique. The item description appears in the Product name field. |
Unit |
The unit of measure that was selected for the item in the Importable Items form. |
Quantity |
The cumulative quantity of the item that is updated from the Importable Items form for the authorization. |
Value |
The cumulative value of the item that is updated from the Importable Items form for the authorization. |
Allowed quantity |
Enter the quantity of items that can be imported under the license. You can enter either the allowed quantity or the allowed value, but not both. |
Allowed value |
Enter the value of items that can be imported under the license. You can enter either the allowed quantity or the allowed value, but not both. |
