(LTU) Print an inventory statement

You can print an inventory statement based on the counting journals that you have created.

  1. Click Inventory management > Journals > Item counting > Counting.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new inventory journal, or select an existing journal.

  3. Click Lines to open the Journal lines, Inventory form.

  4. Enter an item number and click Create > Items to open the Create item counting journal form.

  5. In the Counting group field, select only on-hand items.

  6. In the Site field, select the site where the counting must be done.

  7. In the Warehouse field, select the warehouse where the counting must be done.

  8. Click OK to close the form.

  9. In the Inventory journal form, click Print and select Inventory statement to open the Inventory statement form.

  10. Click the General tab, and select the printing criteria:

    • Don’t print – Do not print the item quantities.

    • Accounting quantity – Print the item quantities.

    • Phys.+Financ.qtys – Print the physical and financial quantities of the items.

  11. In the Commission member field, enter the name of the responsible commission member. You can enter names for up to five commission members.

  12. In the Responsible person field, select the name of the person who is responsible for the inventory.

  13. Click OK to print the inventory statement.
