Click Accounts receivable > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select a sales order. On the Action Pane, on the Pick and pack tab, click Transportation details.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Free text invoices > All free text invoices. Select a free text invoice. On the Action Pane, click Transportation details.
–or–
Click Accounts payable > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders. Select a purchase order. On the Action Pane, on the Receive tab, click Transportation details.
–or–
Click Project management and accounting > Common > Project invoices > Project invoice proposals. Select an invoice proposal. On the Action Pane, click Transportation details.
Use this form to enter information about the transfer of items or materials from one location to another.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

If this check box is selected, transportation details are included on the sales document or purchase document. |
Goods issued by |
The ID of the worker who issued the load for transportation. |
Carrier type |
The type of carrier. The type can be an invoice account, customer, or vendor. If you select Customer or Vendor, you must select the customer code or vendor code in the Carrier field. |
Carrier |
The customer code or vendor code of the carrier. This field is available only if you select Customer or Vendor in the Carrier type field. |
Package |
The description of the materials package. |
Risk level of the load |
The level of risk that is associated with the vehicle load. |
Model |
The model of the vehicle. |
Registration number |
The registration number of the vehicle. |
Trailer registration number |
The registration number of the trailer. |
Driver |
The ID of the worker who is assigned as the driver of the vehicle. |
Driver name |
The name of the worker who is assigned as the driver of the vehicle. |
Loading date and time |
The date and time when the vehicle was loaded. |
Name |
The name of the address where the vehicle was loaded. |
Loading address |
The address where the materials were loaded on the vehicle. |
