Functions	Click the following menu items: Change document status − Open to change the document status. Change dependency to register −Open to change the document dependency to the register. Change document author −Open to change the document author.

Change document status − Open to change the document status.
Change dependency to register −Open to change the document dependency to the register.

Field	Description
Empty date	Select the check box to edit the document date on the sales order.
United VAT invoice	Select the check box to indicate that the document is a united VAT invoice.
Document author	Displays the author of the document.
Document status	Displays the status of the document.
Statistical value LT	Enter the additional transaction cost for Intrastat transactions.
