(RUS) Deferrals posting profiles (form)

Click General ledger > Setup > Deferrals > Posting profiles.

Use this form to create posting profiles for deferred expenses.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Ledger accounts	Set up the ledger accounts for the write-off and disposal of assets.

Field	Description
Posting profile	Enter a name for the posting profile.
Description	Enter a description of the posting profile.
Writing off	Set up the ledger accounts to write off the value of the asset.
Disposal	Set up the ledger accounts to dispose of the asset.
Receipt	Set up the ledger accounts to post receipt transactions for deferrals.
Groupings	Select the grouping method for the deferred expense profile from the following options: All – The Main account and Offset account fields are applicable to all deferrals. Value model – The Main account and Offset account fields are applicable to the value model entered in the Account/Group number field. Group – The Main account and Offset account fields are applicable to the deferrals group entered in the Account/Group number field. Table – The Main account and Offset account fields are applicable to the deferral entered in the Account/Group number fields.
Account/Group number	Select a value model, deferrals group, or deferral according to the groupings entered.
Main account	Select the main account for write-off posting or deferred expense disposal.
Offset account	Select the offset account for write-off posting or deferred expense disposal.
Post value	Select the value to post from the following options: Remaining amount Initial amount Amount written off 备注 This field is available only if you select Disposal.
