Use this form to view the details of the quantity of the goods sold or purchased and the excise duty that is applicable as posted to the RG23D register for the criteria selected in the Excise register inquiry form.

Open the form

  1. Click General ledger > Inquiries > Tax > India posted tax > Excise > Excise register.

  2. Select RG23D in the Register field, and then enter the required details.

  3. Click OK to open theRG23D transactions form, and then click Inquiries.

  4. Select RG23D details to open the RG23D details form.

Field

Description

Date

The transaction date.

Receipt quantity

The quantity of items that are purchased and updated to the RG23D register on the specified date for the selected criteria.

CENVAT credit

The CENVAT credit amount for the purchase transactions that are updated to the RG23D register on the specified date for the selected criteria.

Issue quantity

The quantity of items that are issued and updated to the RG23D register on the specified date for the selected criteria.

CENVAT credit transfer

The CENVAT credit transferred amount for the issue or sales transactions that are updated to the RG23D register on the specified date for the selected criteria.
