(IND) EPCG export obligation (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click General ledger > Common > EXIM EPCG Schemes. In the EXIM EPCG Schemes list, select an Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) scheme, and then, on the Action Pane, in the Inquiries group, click Export obligation.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. In the All sales orders list, select a sales order, and then, on the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Edit. On the Sales order lines FastTab, click Product and supply, and then click EXIM - EPCG.

The EXIM - EPCG option is available only when the Export Promotion Capital Goods check box is selected on the EPCG tab of the Incentive scheme parameters form.

Use this form to view the details of the export obligation for an EPCG license. You can also use this form to verify the export details before you post an export order.

Description

Export obligation amount to be achieved

The import value that is used to calculate the amount of the export obligation. This value is calculated by using following formula:

Export obligation amount to be achieved = The value of the Import value field on the Overview FastTab in the Import details form * The value of the CIF factor field in the Approval EPCG schemes form.

Annual average

The annual average value that is required to achieve the export obligation.

Achieved in total

The total amount of the export obligation that has been achieved.

Balance

The amount of the export obligation that has been achieved. This value is calculated by using the following formula:

Balance = Achieved in totalExport obligation amount to be achieved

Block

The block of the year for the export obligation amount.

Description

The description of the block.

Percentage

The percentage that is required to achieve the export obligation amount.

Start date/time

The starting date and time of the block.

End date/time

The ending date and time of the block.

Actual exports

The number of exports that have been completed for the block.

Net difference

The net difference in the number of exports that have completed for the block.

Export obligation to be achieved

The export obligation that must be achieved for the block.

Export obligation amount

The amount of the export obligation that has been achieved for the block.

Difference in export obligation

The difference in the export obligation amount.

Cumulative export obligation

The cumulative amount of the export obligation that has been achieved for the block.
