Use this form to view the item details for the excise transactions that are posted to the RG23C Part I register for the criteria selected in the Excise register inquiry form.

Open the form

Click General ledger > Inquiries > Tax > India posted tax > Excise > Excise register. to open the Excise register inquiry form.
Select RG23C Part - I in the Register field, and then enter the required details.
Click OK to open the RG23C Part - I transactions form, and then click Inquiries.
Select RG23C item details to open the RG23C item details form.

Navigating the form

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Field	Description
Date	The transaction date.
Opening balance	The beginning balance of the quantity of an item in the RG23C Part I register on the specified date for the selected criteria.
Receipt quantity	The quantity of the item that is purchased and updated in the RG23C Part I register on the specified date for the selected criteria.
Issue quantity	The quantity of the item that is sold and updated in the RG23C Part I register on the specified date, for the selected criteria. 备注 The Issue quantity field includes the sales quantity (negative quantity) from the purchase order, movement journal, transfer order, production order, bills of materials journal, and the sales order quantity.
Total available	The total quantity of the item that is available in the RG23C Part I register on the specified date for the selected criteria. Total available = [(Opening balance + Receipt quantity) - (Issue quantity+ DSA quantity)]
