(IND) Totals - Indirect tax (form)

Use this form to view the total amounts for the fields and the tax type that you select in the Inquiry form and the Total form.

Open the form

Click General ledger > Inquiries > Tax > India posted tax > Indirect tax. Enter selection criteria for the indirect tax transactions that you want to view.
- Select a query. Click Modify... to modify an existing query.
- Select the dates for the inquiry.
- Click Inquiry to select transactions by field values.
- Click Total to select the tax type for which you want to view the total.
When you have specified all selection criteria, click OK. The individual transactions that meet the selection criteria appear in the Indirect tax transactions form.
To view the sum of the amounts that appear in the Tax amount column, click Totals to open the Totals - Indirect tax form.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Tax component	Open the Tax component - Indirect tax form to view the distribution of the tax amount, based on the tax components.

Field	Description
Name	The amount fields that are selected in the Total form. 备注 The amount-related fields are displayed in the Name field only if you select them in the Selected list in the Indirect tax inquiry form.
Tax type	The tax type for which the total amount is displayed. 备注 If you do not select the tax type in the Total form, the total tax amount of all the transactions, regardless of the tax type, is displayed in the Accumulated amount field.
Amount	The amount of the selected field for the tax type in the base currency.
Accumulated amount	The total amount of the selected field for the tax type in the base currency.
Reporting currency	The secondary currency of the company.
Amount in reporting currency	The amount of the selected field for the tax type in the secondary currency.
Accumulated amount in reporting currency	The total amount of the selected field for the tax type in the secondary currency.
