(RUS) Set up an Inv-19 collation statement [AX 2012]

The Inv-19 Collation Statement form is the primary document that shows the results of inventory inspections. It is used to verify the completeness and accuracy of accounting during a full or partial inspection of the company's property or financial assets. Based on this document, the inspection committee determines whether accounting data and primary documents show the actual value of the property.

  1. Click Inventory management > Setup > Inventory and warehouse management parameters.

  2. Click the Number sequence tab.

  3. In the Number sequence code field, select the number sequence code for the Collation statement.

  4. Click Inventory management > Setup > Journals > Journal names, Inventory to open theJournal Names, Inventory form.

  5. Select the Inventory counting journal line.

  6. On the Reports tab, click << or < to transfer the Collation statement report from the Available field group to the Selected field group.

    If the list of available reports is empty, click Update to update the list of available reports.
