(RUS) Create report cells (form)

Click General ledger > Setup > Financial reports generator > Financial reports generator. In the Report form, select the report code to use for reporting, and then click Setup. In the Field setup form, click Functions > Create report cells.

Use this form to create report cells for electronic reporting. The report cells that you create are included as sections in the report template of an electronic report, such as a value-added tax (VAT) declaration report. You can specify the layout of the report template in the Field setup form.

Field

Description

Report code

The report code that you select in the Report code field in the Report form.

Query type

Select the type of query to use to generate the electronic report. Select one of the following options:

  • Simple – A query type that allows you to retrieve data from database tables.

  • Function – A query type that allows you to select a predefined query that you can set up in the Functions form.

  • VAT declaration – A query that uses predefined requisites that are in accordance with the VAT declaration template. The requisites in the VAT declaration template are defined by the tax authorities.

  • Document requisites – A query type that uses the specified parameters of the query that you select in the Query field.

Query

Select the query that is used when you generate the electronic report.

Section

Select the identification of the section that is used when you generate the electronic report.

Requisite

Select the requisite code that is used when you generate the electronic report. You can review relevant information for the selected code in the Cell, Requisite, and Name fields in the Requisites field group.

Cell

The identification of the report cell.

Requisite 
(In the Requisites field group)

The requisite code that you select in the Requisite field.

Name

The description of the requisite code that is used for electronic reporting.
