(RUS) Create a by-product journal name

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Use the Production journal names form to create journal names to record actual production consumption…

  1. Click Production control > Setup > Production journal names.

  2. Click New or press CTRL+N to create a record.

  3. In the Name field, enter a name for the production journal.

  4. In the Description field, enter a description for the production journal.

  5. In the Voucher series field, select the voucher series to be used for the journal.

  6. In the Journal type field, select the journal type from the following options:

    • Picking list – This journal type is used for the registration of material consumption.

    • Report as finished – This journal type is used for the registration of finished products.

    • Route card – This journal type is used for the registration of route consumption.

    • Job card – This journal type is used for the registration of work center consumption using feedback from job cards.

    • By-product – This journal type is used when a by-product or a defective product is received from production.

  7. In the New voucher by field, select when the new voucher is allocated.

  8. In the Detail level field, select the level of detail for the journal information that is posted. Select from the following options:

    • Details – Select this when multiple journal lines are posted individually.

    • Summary – Select this when multiple journal lines are summarized, and then posted as one post.

  9. Select the Delete lines after posting check box to delete the journal lines that are posted.

  10. In the Private for user group field, select the user group that has exclusive use of the journal.
