(USA) Link a Facebook or Twitter account to Microsoft Dynamics AX

To enable communication between a Facebook or Twitter account and Microsoft Dynamics AX, you must link the account to Microsoft Dynamics AX. Typically, the marketing manager performs this task.

This feature is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed.
Link a Facebook account
Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Campaigns > Media types.
Click New to create a new media type.
In both the Media type and the Campaign media type fields, enter Facebook.
Select the Facebook media type, and then click Link account.
In Facebook, enter the Facebook credentials, and then allow the requested permissions.
In Microsoft Dynamics AX, in the Media types form, click Parameters.
In the Facebook page form, in the Page field, select the Facebook page for your promotion.
Link a Twitter account
Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Campaigns > Media types.
Click New to create a new media type.
In both the Media type and the Campaign media type fields, enter Twitter.
Select the Twitter media type, and then click Link account.
In Twitter, enter the Twitter credentials.
