(BRA) Set up tax exemptions for the sale of fixed assets

Click General ledger > Setup > Sales tax > Sales tax codes. On the Overview tab, select ICMS and IPI taxes in the Tax type field.

Click General ledger > Setup > Sales tax > Item sales tax groups. On the Setup tab, select the ICMS and IPI tax codes created in step 1 in the Sales tax code field.

Select the Exempt check box.
Select the taxation code in the Taxation code field. Select the taxation code with fiscal value Without Credit/Debit (Exempt or Not taxable).
