(RUS) Create query (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click General ledger > Setup > Financial reports generator > Queries. Click New.

Use this form to create or update queries that you can use to retrieve values from database tables. You can retrieve values from any database table.

Settings

Open the Document requisites form, where you can create requisites for electronic reporting.

备注

This button is available only if you select Document requisites in the Table field.

Query

Open the Inquiry form, where you can select the required related tables and set limits to field values.

备注

This button is available only if you select a main query table in the Table field.

Reset

Reset the query.

备注

This button is available only if you select a main query table in the Table field.

Field

Description

Query

Enter an identification code for the query.

Name

Enter a name for the query.

Query type

Select the type of query from the following options:

  • Simple – A query type that you can use to retrieve data from database tables.

  • VAT declaration – A predefined, customizable query type that uses value-added tax (VAT).

  • Document requisites – A query type that uses the requisite that is specified in the Requisite field on the Document requisites form.

Create requisites

Select this check box to create requisites in the query directory when you create the query.

备注

This check box is available only when you select VAT declaration in the Query type field.

Table

Select a main query table.

备注

This field is available only when you select Simple in the Query type field.

Table name

The name of the table.

SQL statement

The query as a structured query language (SQL) statement.
