(EEUR) Query wizard (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click General ledger > Setup > Financial reports generator > Financial reports generator. On the Report form, click Setup. On the Field setup form, in Operations section, click Add. In the Line type field, select Function query. Click Setup and then click Edit the query.

Use the Query wizard to create and set up query parameters to calculate values for cell operations for the Function query data type.

Field

Description

Show system names of tables, fields, and methods

Select this check box to view the names for tables and fields in the query wizard.

All tables

The list of names of all main tables.

Selected tables

The selected main table on which the calculation is performed.

Table that are related to the Selected tables

The tables related to the selected main table.

(Field)

Available fields

Select the field to be calculated and click > to move it to the Field name field.

Field name

The field name that is selected from the main table.

Operation

Select the operation to be used for the calculation from the following options:

  • Average

  • Sum

  • Minimum

  • Maximum

  • Quantity

(Base date)

Available fields

Select the field to be used for filter setup and click > to move it to the Field name field.

Table name

The table name whose data is used as the source to create a query.

Field name

The unique field name whose data is used as the source to create a query.

Period

Select the date interval code if it is different from the default value determined for the cell or report.

备注

This field is activated only if you select a table with a date. The Base date page determines the date on the basis of which data for the calculation is selected.

Select the fields to be used for filter setup.
