(EST) Create a customer balance notice

At the end of each financial year, the company sends a balance notice to its customers in order to complete the audit process. The customers either confirm the statement or return it with corrections based on their own records.

  1. Click Accounts receivable > Reports > Transactions > Customer > Customer balance notice.

  2. In the Open transactions per field on the General tab, select the date of the customer balance.

  3. In the Return date field, select the date when the customer has to return the notice.

  4. Select the Print details check box to print the list of customer’s open invoices in addition to the balance notice.

  5. If required, click Select to select the desired customer account and customer group from the selection criteria.

  6. Click OK in the Customer balance notice form to print the report.
