(RUS) Create report cells for electronic reporting [AX 2012]

You can create report cells for electronic reporting before you submit an electronic value-added tax (VAT) declaration report to the tax authorities. The report cells are used to assign user-defined names to the sections of a VAT declaration report. For more information (RUS) Create report cells (form).

  1. Click General ledger > Setup > Financial reports generator > Financial reports generator. In the Report form, select the report code to use for reporting, and then click Setup.

  2. In the Field setup form, click Functions > Create report cells. The Report code field displays the report code that you selected in the Report code field in the Report form.

  3. In the Create report cells form, in the Query type field, select VAT declaration to create requisite codes for the VAT declaration report.

  4. In the Query field, select the query to use for the VAT declaration report.

  5. In the Section field, select the identification of the section.

  6. In the Requisite field, select the code for electronic reporting. You can view information for the selected code in the Cell, Requisite, and Name fields.

  7. Click OK to create the report cell and close the form.
