(RUS) Set up the debt interval in Accounts payable

In the Debt interval form, you can specify the lines for adding the bad debt reserve and the debt interval, which is the length of time after which the debt is considered unrecoverable.

  1. Click Accounts payable > Setup > Profit tax > Debt interval.

  2. In the Period debt type field, select the debt type line for which you want to set up the debt interval.

  3. In the By field, enter the upper threshold of the debt interval in days. The From field is displayed automatically.

  4. In the Register field field, modify the name of the register field, if necessary.

  5. In the Percent field, enter the debt percentage, including the reserve.

  6. In the Description field, enter a description of the register field.

    备注

    On the General tab, the Debt type field displays the type of debt as Creditor debts.

  7. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
