(RUS) Cash flow forecasts (modified form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Accounts payable > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders. Select a purchase order, and then, on the Action Pane, on the Invoice tab, click Cash flow forecast.

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. Select a sales order, and then, on the Action Pane, on the Invoice tab, click Cash flow forecast.

–or–

Click General ledger > Common > Main accounts. Select a main account, and then, on the Action Pane, click Related information > Cash flow forecasts.

Use this form to view the cash flow forecast lines that are generated by using the Calculate cash flow forecasts form for the main account that is selected on the Main accounts list page.

Description

Posting profile

The posting profile that is processed for the cash flow forecast line.

Kind of activity

The following options indicate the kind of activity of the profile:

  • Basic – Sell or purchase items without any limits.

  • Commission agent – The commission agent sells items in his or her name on behalf of the company (principal). The commission agent receives a commission in exchange for selling the items, and is responsible for the price calculations for the end customers.

  • Principal's agent – The agent of the company (principal) sells items that belong to the company, and is not responsible for the calculations that are performed for the end customers.

  • Bailee – The bailee receives items for storage purposes but does not have proprietary rights to the items.
