Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Periodic > Product output/mileage.

Use this form to create or update consumption units for the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets. To set the product output or mileage for the fixed asset based on the specified consumption units, you must specify a particular date in the reporting period.

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • Copy output/run – Open the Create or copy output/run lines form, where you can copy lines from the previous reporting periods.

  • Create output/run – Open the Create or copy output/run lines form, where you can create lines in the defined reporting period that have specified export and tax-exemption details.

Field

Description

FA inventory number

Select a fixed asset number.

Name

The description of the fixed asset for the selected FA inventory number.

Period

Select a particular date in the reporting period to set the product output or mileage for the fixed asset.

备注

The date that you specify in this field is used to calculate the depreciation of the fixed asset based on the specified consumption units.

Output/mileage

Enter the number of units produced or the distance traveled for the fixed asset.

Output/run export

Enter the product output or mileage on export.

Output/run nontaxable

Enter the product output or mileage on tax-exempt operations.

From date

The starting date of the sales tax reporting period.

To date

The ending date of the sales tax reporting period.

Output/run common

Enter the number of units produced or the distance traveled for the fixed asset.
