(BRA) Export or import layout group data

A configurator layout group defines the file structure for electronic payments. For more information, see (BRA) Set up the configurator layout group. You can export an existing layout group from Microsoft Dynamics AX as a .dat or .def file. You can also import a layout group .dat or .def file into Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Export a configurator layout group data
Use this procedure to export data from a configurator layout group.
Click Organization administration > Periodic > Configurator > Configurator layout groups.
Select or create a configurator layout group to export.
Click Layout export to open the Export options dialog box. The Layout group and the Definition group fields are updated with the layout group and the definition group that you selected in the Layout group and Definition group fields in the Configurator layout groups form.
In the File name field, enter a path and file name to export the layout group file.
Click OK to export the layout group file.
Import a configurator layout group data
Use this procedure to import data from a configurator layout group.
Click Organization administration > Periodic > Configurator > Configurator layout groups.
Click Layout import to open the Import options dialog box.
In the File name field, enter the path and name of the layout group file to import.
Click OK to import the layout group file.
